In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bdc8", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bdc8 platform and its operating entity, an international offshore online gaming and sports betting operator.
• "Platform" — refers to the bdc8 website accessible at https://bdc8.io, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a bdc8 account and is accessing or using the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user account created by a Member upon completing the bdc8 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by a Member into their bdc8 account via an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits credited to a Member's account in connection with a bonus offer. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it, or any winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is illegal or restricted by applicable local law.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bdc8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting the bdc8 support team at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Members regardless of the device, browser, or application used to access the Platform. Use of the bdc8 mobile site or any bdc8-branded application is governed by these same terms.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdc8 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to any person under this age threshold.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal or otherwise restricted.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bdc8 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

bdc8 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is requested, access to the Account — including deposits, withdrawals, and play — may be suspended until the verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one Account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bdc8 will close any duplicate Accounts identified and forfeit all balances held across those Accounts.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. bdc8 is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of your failure to maintain accurate account information.

bdc8 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve any registration application without providing a reason for its decision. Registration does not create any contractual entitlement to continued access to the Platform.

Identity verification documents may be required before a first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your bdc8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person for any reason. bdc8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify the bdc8 support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if your credentials have been compromised in any way. bdc8 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials or to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

bdc8 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and you acknowledge this limitation when using the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access your bdc8 Account are secure. bdc8 recommends that you use a private, password-protected network and maintain up-to-date security software on all devices used to access the Platform.

bdc8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance and are available for use on the Platform immediately upon confirmation of receipt.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdc8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed most rapidly. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

bdc8 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. You must not attempt to withdraw funds that are subject to an outstanding wagering requirement. Any withdrawal request submitted in respect of Bonus Balance that has not yet satisfied its applicable wagering requirement will be declined, and the Bonus Balance associated with that request may be forfeited.

• Deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• bdc8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which bdc8 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawals to a payment method that was not used for a deposit may be subject to additional verification procedures.
• In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, bdc8 reserves the right to freeze the relevant Account and suspend all withdrawals pending investigation.

bdc8 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Members, including the 200% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. A Member who has previously closed their Account and re-registered, or who holds a duplicate Account, is not eligible for welcome bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on any combination of real money and bonus funds.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the time period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Bonus Balance automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: bdc8 does not permit the stacking of multiple active bonuses. Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple Accounts or colluding with other Members — will have their bonus forfeited and their Account may be closed.

bdc8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The existence of a promotion does not create any contractual entitlement to receive a bonus on any particular deposit or wager.

All bets placed and games played on the bdc8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the product-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bdc8:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change up until the point of confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform.
• bdc8 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, including bets placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical fault or human error.
• In-play bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to the in-play betting rules published in the Sports section of the Platform. Bets may be suspended or voided in circumstances such as match abandonment, walkover, or disqualification.
• The results of all casino and slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by the relevant third-party game provider. bdc8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Where a game result is disputed, the records held in the bdc8 system and those of the relevant game provider shall be the definitive source of record. Player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as proof of a game result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdc8 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game where collusion could affect the outcome.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or abuse of bonus structures across multiple Accounts.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to conceal your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bdc8 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

bdc8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdc8.

Game content displayed on the Platform — including graphics, sounds, and gameplay mechanics — remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Play'n GO, and Ezugi. All rights in respect of such content are reserved by those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdc8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from a technical fault, system outage, or connectivity failure.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in your Account due to circumstances beyond bdc8's reasonable control.
• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bdc8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bdc8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdc8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by bdc8 is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided the relevant consent — marketing communications. bdc8 does not sell personal data to third parties.

bdc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. When material changes are made, bdc8 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your Account. Closure of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdc8's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents bdc8 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

Members who access the Platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. bdc8 operates as an international offshore platform and makes no representation as to the legality of its services in Bangladesh or in any other specific jurisdiction.
